John has just started his 30th year in the Recruiting Industry, specializing in servicing the staffing needs of his Real Estate Clients.  John entered the recruiting industry in 1978, spending 15 years developing and managing a team of recruiters at a competitor’s firm prior to establishing his own practice in 1993.  He’s been directly involved in originating and directing over 1,500 search assignments in 32 states and in excess of 75 metropolitan areas.  All work has been performed within the Real Estate and Construction industries, with emphasis in working with developers involved with office, industrial and multi-family projects.  A hands on manager actively involved with the business, a substantial amount of John’s time is spent in developing his team of researchers/recruiters so they can provide the experience, market knowledge and professional relationships that are needed to support our client’s staffing requirements. 
A graduate of Penn State, John resides in the suburban Pittsburgh, Pa area with his wife of 33 years, children and grand kids.  Outside interests include hunting, fishing, coaching and spending time with family.

John is a Senior Director with Morrow & Associates and has specialized in Real Estate recruiting in the Mid Atlantic for the last 10 years.  He has completed searches for both public & private companies in the areas of development, construction, property management & finance.  John’s specialty is working closely with developers and “speaking the language” in order to fully understand what they are really looking for in an ideal candidate.  Due to his deep specialization in the Mid Atlantic, he is able to access the local talent quickly.
John is an avid skier and enjoys weekends at the camp with his family.  John lives in Irwin, PA with his wife of four years, Karen and their 7 month old son, Luke.

Jamie specializes in database management and research while providing support to all recruiters within the firm. Jamie is responsible for the execution of tasks including: Administrative support, web maintenance, preparation of all organizational materials, distribution of emails and advertising material.  Prior to joining John Morrow & Associates, Jamie worked for UPMC in the Otolaryngology department as a Patient Information Coordinator/Medical Assistant.   Jamie earned her Associates degree from the Community College of Allegheny County. In her free time Jamie and her husband enjoy working around the house and spending time with family and friends.

Holli directs the recruiting activities in Boston, MA and North Carolina. She is responsible for securing and growing business, managing client relationships and sourcing new candidates in these markets, as well as others.  Holli has successfully completed numerous searches throughout the country in all areas of property management, development and construction.  Some recent placements include a Chief Operating Officer for the largest privately held, full-service, multihousing investment advisory firm;  VP of Construction for a rapidly expanding residential developer in the Northeast; and a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions in the Southeast for a national owner and developer.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband.  Holli earned her Bachelor's degree from Clarion University.

Jim Morrow is a Director with John Morrow & Associates.  Jim has completed searches across the country for both private and public real estate companies.  His primary markets include the Greater Philadelphia Area, as well as the State of Texas.  In addition to these markets, he has successfully completed searches in: Ohio, New Jersey, Massachusetts, North Carolina, and Florida.  His extremely thorough approach to recruiting, and direct recruiting practices, has made him very successful with completing searches in both his primary markets, as well as secondary locations.  Jim specializes in helping his clients identify, attract, and retain the top talent in the Development, Property Management, Construction, and Leasing industries.
Prior to joining Morrow & Associates, Jim spent five years with Barone, Murtha, Shonberg & White; a commercial real estate appraisal firm in Pittsburgh, PA.  Jim is a licensed General Appraiser and has completed hundreds of appraisals for office, industrial, retail, multi-family and special use properties.

Jim graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Real Estate and Finance.  He resides in Irwin with his wife Brooke and daughters Anna and Kaelyn.  Jim enjoys playing third base on his softball team, fishing, hunting, golfing, and spending time with his family.
