Senior Property Manager / Chicago, IL -
Our client is one of the country's largest, full service, real estate companies and they have asked us to help them find a Senior Property Manager. This position is based in Chicago and will be responsible for overseeing the management team for a 7M sq.ft. portfolio of industrial/flex/office space in the Greater Chicago market.
Ideal candidate will have 7+ yrs. of property management experience; preferably with industrial properties; however industrial/office experience is also fine. Candidate will be responsible for hiring, training and managing the local property management team and similar supervisory experience is required. College degree is also required.
Flexible compensation package, based on experience, will be negotiated to attract the selected candidate.
