Regional Apt. Manager / Northern NJ -
Our client is one of the country's largest, privately held, full service, real estate companies and they have asked us to help them find a Regional Property Manager for their Northern New Jersey Region. This person will have total management responsibility for the local market which totals approx. 10 apartment complexes (1000+ units) and growing via new development and 3rd party management contracts.
Ideal candidate will have 5+ yrs. of property management experience, preferably with Class A & B garden & mid rise. This position will be supporting the Regional and National Directors and qualified candidates must be able to monitor the operating/financial performance of the portfolio.
Candidate will be working from a home-based office and must be a self-starter who is energetic & possesses strong business skills. Must have the ability to interact with institutional owners.
College degree preferred. Flexible compensation package, based on experience, will be negotiated to attract the selected candidate.
