1. Consultation/Defining
the Need - Thorough
discussions with the company and key decision-makers
to accurately define the need, the goals,
and the fit. Short and long term role definition,
compensation issues, time line and search
goals are clearly discussed to ensure accurate
baselines are established.
2. Research - This step
begins within 24 hours of accepting an assignment.
We begin by identifying target companies
and individuals through research, searching
our existing contact base and creative use
of our other resources. Our research stage
provides us with a creative action plan to
begin the actual recruiting process.
3. Recruiting/Screening -
Our screening process is time consuming and
requires the skill and dedication of an experienced
recruiting staff. We’re skilled at selling
(not over-selling) the opportunity, thus
enabling you to access the top available
talent. We not only search for qualified,
interested candidates…We search for candidates
who are in the Top 5% of the Talent Pool.
4. Evaluation/Assessment -
The experience gained in conducting searches
since 1978, enables us to find quality candidates
who meet your criteria. Our evaluation process
is very thorough and requires the skill and
dedication of a knowledgeable recruiting
staff. We interview, reference check, verify
degrees and re-interview candidates so you’re
only interviewing qualified candidates.
5. Interviewing/Coordination -
We coordinate all meetings between the client
and candidate(s), handle debriefings and
schedule follow-up interviews with selected
candidates.
6. Hiring Decision/Offer -
We assist with clear, accurate information
on the selected candidate’s current compensation
package. The actual offer may be made by
the client directly, but is more commonly
done through us to assist with this often
delicate negotiation process.
7. Follow-up - Throughout
the search process we maintain regular contact
with clients and candidates. We continue this
follow-up after a person is hired to help ensure
that both parties are satisfied.
