Most search assignments follow this 7-step plan:

  • Working closely with the client to develop an in-depth understanding of the ideal candidate – including experience, education, general profile and other factors – as well as short- and long-term goals, company profile and compensation.

  • Identifying, contacting and influencing the most qualified candidates, including those who are not actively seeking a new position (i.e. direct recruiting).

  • Handpicking candidates with client’s specific criteria in mind, many from our internal directory of more than 100,000 active and passive job seekers, which is updated and expanded daily.

  • Obtaining trusted referrals from industry leaders within our vast network of professional contacts, which has been steadily cultivated for more than 40 years.

  • Interviewing, evaluating and screening of selected candidates to determine suitability and interest, and promoting equal opportunity throughout the recruitment process.*

  • In-depth reference checking and education verification (certificate of degree confirmation, obtained through a specialized third-party organization, will be provided to client).

  • Miscellaneous support throughout the scheduling and interviewing process, such as following up, debriefing and coordinating offer/close (if desired).
