Since 1978, John has been specializing in servicing the staffing needs of his Real Estate Clients, spending 15 years developing and managing a team of recruiters at a competitor’s firm prior to establishing his own practice in 1993.
He’s been directly involved in originating and directing over 1,500 search assignments in 32 states and in excess of 75 metropolitan areas. All work has been performed within the Real Estate and Construction industries, with emphasis in working with developers involved with office, industrial and multifamily projects.
A hands-on manager actively involved with the business, a substantial amount of John’s time is spent in developing his team of researchers/recruiters so they can provide the experience, market knowledge and professional relationships that are needed to support our client’s staffing requirements. A graduate of Penn State, John resides in the suburban Pittsburgh area with his wife of 40 years, children and grand kids. Outside interests include hunting, fishing, coaching and spending time with family.
JOHN CHARLES MORROW
John is a Senior Director with Morrow & Associates and has specialized in Real Estate recruiting in the Mid Atlantic since 1998. He has completed searches for both public and private companies in the areas of development, construction, property management and finance. John’s specialty is working closely with developers and “speaking the language” in order to fully understand what they are really looking for in an ideal candidate. Due to his deep specialization in the Mid Atlantic, he is able to access the local talent quickly. John is an avid skier and enjoys weekends at the cabin with his family. John lives in Irwin, PA with his wife, Karen and their two children.
Jim Morrow is a Senior Director with Morrow & Associates. Since 2005, Jim has completed hundreds of searches across the country for both private and public real estate companies. Jim originally focused his work in Texas and Philadelphia, but has since expanded his work nationally, including quite a bit of recruiting on the West Coast. He has successfully completed searches in 20+ states and more than 50 metropolitan areas. His extremely thorough approach to recruiting, and direct recruiting practices, has made him very successful in completing searches in both primary and secondary markets. Jim specializes in helping his clients identify, attract, and retain the top talent in all real estate related fields including: Property/Asset Management, Development, Project Management/Construction, Acquisition, Leasing, etc. Prior to joining Morrow & Associates, Jim spent five years with Barone, Murtha, Shonberg & White, a commercial real estate appraisal firm in Pittsburgh, PA. Jim is a licensed General Appraiser and has completed hundreds of appraisals for office, industrial, retail, multi-family and special use properties. Jim graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Real Estate and Finance. He resides in Irwin with his wife Brooke and their four kids.
Lindsey is an Executive Recruiter for Morrow & Associates in the Southeast. She has been working in the commercial real estate field since 2007 when she joined Hines as a Property Manager overseeing a Class-A, office high-rise in Uptown Charlotte. Lindsey has an in-depth view along with hands-on experience of Property Management. Lindsey has successfully completed numerous searches throughout the Southeast in Property Management, Asset Management, Construction, Development & Leasing. Lindsey is a graduate of Penn State University.
Holli Fry is an Executive Recruiter with Morrow & Associates and has been an integral part of the recruiting and marketing team since 2004. She is responsible for securing and growing business, managing client relationships and sourcing new candidates across the country, with a focus in the Northeast. Holli has completed numerous searches throughout the United States in all areas of Property Management, Construction, Development, Leasing & Finance. Holli earned her Bachelor's degree from Clarion University of PA and enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
As an executive recruiter, Mandy is responsible for helping to generate and maintain a directory of highly qualified candidates who align with customer needs and objectives. By overseeing the flow of applicants throughout the recruitment process, Mandy helps to build relationships and promote efficiencies on behalf of clients and candidates. Prior to joining Morrow & Associates, Mandy spent 13 years working in public relations, assisting in the development of strategic and comprehensive communications programs for a range of clients. Mandy holds a Bachelor’s degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, and enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and pets.

Prior to joining Morrow & Associates, John spent 16 years building successful eCommerce businesses. As a meticulous digital marketing professional, he consistently developed creative, optimized user experiences that delivered on his clients’ goals. With more than 18 years of experience in full-lifecycle development, he understands many of the latest innovations, while also respecting fundamental principles established over the history of the Internet. His hands-on experience includes digital marketing and product management, front-end design and usability, eCommerce platform integration and search marketing. John is a creative designer, developer, and experienced online marketing strategist.
MARKETING AND RECRUITING ASSOCIATE
Lindsay has over 15 years of experience in marketing prior to joining Morrow and Associates as a marketing and recruiting associate. At Morrow and Associates, she specializes in new business development and prospecting. Lindsay has a bachelors degree from Duquesne University and will graduate in May 2020 with her 2nd bachelors degree, this one in Nutrition and Dietetics. Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her family.
