Jim Morrow is a Partner with Morrow & Associates focusing his work in the industrial, office and multi-family real estate sectors.  He works closely with Real Estate Investors, Operators, Developers and 3rd party providers on a variety of mid and senior level assignments including: Acquisitions/Investments, Development, Asset Management, Property Management, Project Management/Construction, Leasing, etc. 

Since 2005, Jim has completed hundreds of searches across the country with many of the nation’s top real estate firms. His extensive track record with mid-senior level assignments is founded on his depth of market knowledge, a large network of industry professionals, a family history of 40+ years of recruiting in the real estate industry, and a very direct and personal approach to recruiting.

 

Prior to joining Morrow & Associates, Jim spent five years with Barone, Murtha, Shonberg & White, a commercial real estate appraisal firm in Pittsburgh, PA.  Jim is a licensed General Appraiser and has completed hundreds of appraisals for office, industrial, retail, multi-family and special use properties. Jim graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate. He resides in Irwin with his wife and their four children.
