As a Executive Recruiter with Morrow & Associates, Tina is responsible for securing and growing business, managing client relationships, and sourcing new candidates across the country.  Prior to joining Morrow & Associates, Tina spent over 20 years with Continental Real Estate Companies, a developer and general contractor with a portfolio of hotels, office buildings, multifamily, student housing, and shopping centers located across the country totaling over 30 million square feet.  In her role with Continental, Tina was the Vice President of Marketing, Business Development Manager and Property Manager working closely with the development, construction, brokerage, and property management divisions.  Tina is active in industry associations including NAIOP, ULI, ICSC and SMPS.  She earned her marketing and business degree from Franklin University and enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.
